How We Work

• We will work out an appropriate solution based on the findings and your input.

• We will agree with you a programme that will ensure the development and implementation of an appropriate solution, a system or a set of procedures, taking into account your company’s existing approach.

• We will present to you all the required documentation. We will train you and your staff in its use without imposing impractical and cumbersome procedures.

• During the implementation phase we will listen to your staff and will record their comments and their feedback.

• We will then use your comments and your feedback to fine-tune the agreed solution and the agreed programme of work.
